Chef Eli’s food philosophy is simple; source responsibly, cook with love, and share with others. He carries an innate ability to connect with others on a deeper level by nourishing their soul with his award-winning cuisine. He’s a firm believer in cooking as an act of service and empowers his guests to participate in the creative process.
